Piping Systems Installations LLC (PSI) is a growing mechanical contractor located in Assonet, MA. We specialize in process piping, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, boiler systems, and fire protection. We are currently seeking a Lead Mechanical Estimator with strong field knowledge and experience estimating commercial and industrial mechanical projects.

Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates for mechanical projects including piping, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and boiler systems.
Perform material takeoffs from plans, specs, and P&IDs.
Solicit pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare labor, material, and equipment budgets.
Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks.
Coordinate with project managers and field teams.

Requirements:

5+ years estimating mechanical construction projects.
Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications.
Experience with estimating software and Bluebeam.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

Trade background in pipefitting, plumbing, or HVAC.
Experience estimating public works or prevailing wage projects.
Industrial or manufacturing project experience.
